Our deep expertise started in key account management and management processes, in large healthcare multinationals: business planning, strategy, change and skills management.
We saw that the best plans came from teams that worked together, not from experts alone. We built the Rethios platform to make that collective work simple, visible and documented.

Eric Janvier
Eric spent 18 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in senior roles, including regional CFO and CIO and Business Development Director, across emerging markets and Europe.
Since 2006 he has helped clients develop integrated commercial strategies and better management processes, using collective work and technology. He has also held board positions in several companies and professional associations.
