What we collect on this website, why, and your rights.
Who is responsible

Contact requests
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, e-mail address, organisation, the subject of your request and your message. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on your request. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it. We keep them for 24 months at most, then delete them.
Visit statistics
To count visits, we record one line per visit to the home page with a shortened IP address (the last part is removed, so it no longer identifies you). We do not look up your location and we do not use any outside analytics service.
Cookies
The site uses a single technical cookie, needed for the security of the contact form. It is deleted when you close your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and the site does not load fonts, scripts or images from other websites.
Who receives your data
Only Rethios. The data is stored by our web host, [to complete in inc/config.php: hosting_provider]. We never sell or share it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@rethios.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
