A co-creation workspace for your team's work sessions
Structured exercises, run together on each project, at the same time. The validated results become one executive summary per project.
A profile for each type of project
A profile is a set of exercises arranged in the desired sequence, for example SWOT, then a relationship map, then an action plan, then a Gantt chart. Every project of that type follows it.
Profile
The exercises and their order, for one type of project.
Project
The team's workspace: a customer, a plan, an initiative.
Rights
For each person: facilitate, contribute, both, observe or no access, exercise by exercise.

All projects of a type, or only a selection, for each person.

Everyone works together, and nothing is lost
Contributions appear for the whole team while they work. When several people save at the same time, their changes are merged item by item.
- When two people change the same item, the facilitator decides which version to keep.
- A contributor's conflicting value becomes a proposal for the facilitator to accept or reject.
- The facilitator can lock a sheet, and publishes the version that management will read.
- Contributors can only change their own items; the facilitator can change everything.
The executive summary
- One report per project, built from every exercise
- Shows the versions validated and published by the facilitator
- Key takeaways for each exercise
- Printed on A4 or saved as PDF, with full lists of events and tasks
- Read by observers and management, without changing anything
Clear rights for each person
| Role | What they do | Typically |
|---|---|---|
| Contributor | Adds and edits their own items: post-its, map nodes, events, cells. | All team members |
| Facilitator | Leads the session, edits everything, settles conflicts, writes the key takeaways and publishes the results. | Project lead, key account manager, consultant |
| Observer | Read-only access; follows the results through the executive summary. | Management, sponsors, steering committee |
| Administrator | Creates users, gives their rights per type of project and the projects they can open, sets up profiles and exercises. | Process owner, support team |

The thinking layer between your meetings and your systems
Rethios does not replace your CRM or your collaboration tools. It covers the step where a team turns what each member knows into a decision everyone stands behind.
| Type of tool | What it does best | What Rethios adds |
|---|---|---|
| CRM and account-planning systems for example Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics | Records customers, pipeline and transactions | The collective thinking that leads to the plan, with the team’s real level of agreement |
| Online whiteboards for example Miro, Mural, Klaxoon | A free canvas to collect ideas | A method in sequence, facilitation and a validated decision |
| Workshop and polling tools for example Stormz, Mentimeter | Lively sessions and quick votes | A project memory that grows session after session, and an executive summary |
| Project and goal-tracking tools for example task boards, OKR tools | Following tasks and goals over the year | Agreeing on the plan before it is tracked |
Works with your systems
Rethios runs on a standard relational database. Its data can be fully integrated into your CRM, data warehouse or reporting tools, under your security rules: single sign-on, rights per role and an audit trail.
Up and running in days
No integration project is needed to start: one team, one real case, a few sessions. Connections to your systems can come once the process is proven.
Method and consulting included
Software alone does not change how a team decides. Our consultants design the sequence of exercises and facilitate the first sessions with you.
